Part-Qualified Financial Accountant (International Business)

The Role

Cafico International is at an exciting stage of its development and we are seeking a Part-Qualified Financial Accountant to join our team in both Ennis, Co. Clare.

Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements for client companies
Liaising with external parties, such as auditors and tax advisors
Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
Bank reconciliations
Inter-company account reconciliations
Budgeting and forecasting
Assisting with preparation of VAT schedules and filing of VAT returns
Assisting in client payroll preparation
Responding to queries in a timely manner

Requirements

1 years+ relevant practical experience in industry or practise
Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Maths/Law (Minimum 2.2 degree with strong academics)
Must have the desire to complete accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA)
Must be ambitious and able to work on own initiative
Excellent Word and Excel skills
Versatile team player – flexible, pragmatic, thorough, proactive and service minded
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a bright and positive outlook.
